Ancel Mitchell

Ancel Mitchell has been making potions and looking for patterns since she can remember. Working with plants on a daily basis has honed and simplified her approach to plant medicine and her love for the natural world has taught her patience and the power of observation. She lives in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica where she practices Cranial Sacral Therapy, Plant Medicine and Healing Chocolateering. Ancel is a scholar and teacher of European Healing Traditions, including diagnosis of humors, botanical therapies, mysticism and more.
